Nutshell is a web and mobile customer service management (CRM) service. Contains web applications, as well as mobile apps for iOS and Android platforms. Nutshell is headquartered in the city of Ann Arbor, Michigan. Nutshell integrates with other SaaS services for small businesses, including G Suite, Office 365, Zendesk, MailChimp, and Wufoo. In March 2014, Nutshell discontinued integration with LinkedIn, in response to a ban on LinkedIn API access to CRMs, including Nutshell, Zoho, and Capsule.

    • The best feature of Nutshell is that it could be accessed by multiple team members at the same time.
    • Nutshell works evenly on both computer and mobile devices, which makes it easy for a user to use it on all devices.
    • The interface of Nutshell is user friendly and very easy to understand which helps the user in many ways.

    Cons

    • It is hard to undo the integrated Emails done on this particular CRM platform.
    • The feature of notifications is missing from the platform, because of this many users are unaware of the updates given by the software.
    • Coming to the price, Nutshell becomes very costly when used by small size organisations as it charges individually per contact added.
