Nutshell is headquartered in the city of Ann Arbor, Michigan. Nutshell integrates with other SaaS services for small businesses, including G Suite, Office 365, Zendesk, MailChimp, and Wufoo. In March 2014, Nutshell discontinued integration with LinkedIn, in response to a ban on LinkedIn API access to CRMs, including Nutshell, Zoho, and Capsule.

    • The feature of notifications is missing from the platform, because of this many users are unaware of the updates given by the software.
    • Coming to the price, Nutshell becomes very costly when used by small size organisations as it charges individually per contact added.
